My name is Diego Guzman, and I was born in Colombia. I have called Naples home for over 25 years. Having witnessed the growth of this community firsthand, I have developed strong local ties and an understanding of the needs of Seasonal Homeowners in this area.

My background includes hospitality, marketing, and property management, along with a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Florida Gulf Coast University. These experiences have shaped a service approach built on attention to detail, consistency, and clear communication.

We conduct scheduled Home Watch visits and provide visual observations on the condition of your unoccupied home. If something out of the ordinary is observed, you are notified promptly with detailed reporting so you can determine the appropriate next steps.

In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in the community as a youth soccer coach, reflecting a commitment to reliability, accountability, and long-term relationships.
