Home Watch
Keep informed about the condition of your unoccupied home while you’re away. As a Certified Home Watch Reporter, I conduct scheduled Home Watch visits, provide visual observation of the property, and report any visible changes or concerns in a timely manner.
Mail Forwarding
Mail forwarding services are available for your unoccupied home. I collect accumulated mail during scheduled Home Watch visits and forward it to your designated address according to your instructions. Any visible irregularities with delivered items are noted and reported.
AUTO CARE
Auto care services are available for your vehicle while you are away. During scheduled visits, I provide visual observation of the vehicle, coordinate detailing or battery support as requested, and report any visible changes or concerns. Each service is carried out based on your preferences to maintain the appearance and readiness of your vehicle.
Coordinate repair and maintenance services
Service coordination is available for your unoccupied home. I coordinate access for service providers as requested and, during scheduled Home Watch visits, provide visual observation of completed work and report any visible changes or concerns.
Storm Preparation Services
Storm preparation services are available for your unoccupied home. In advance of an approaching storm, I conduct a detailed visual observation of the property and coordinate requested preparations, including the relocation of outdoor furnishings, plants, and other loose items, as well as facilitating access for storm shutter services.
Following the storm, I perform a Home Watch visit to observe the condition of the property and provide a detailed report of any visible changes or concerns.
Additional Services
Additional services are available to support your unoccupied home and personal requests. I coordinate a range of services, including basic handyman tasks, package handling, vehicle transport arrangements, access for deliveries, and pre-arrival preparations such as stocking requested items. Services are performed during scheduled Home Watch visits or as requested, with updates provided as appropriate.
